in the present writ petition has already been decided by Jaipur

Bench of this Court in the case of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

4777/2021: Surjan Lal Dhawan & Ors. Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.

2. The present writ petition is, therefore, dismissed in light of

the judgment passed by Jaipur Bench of this Court in the case of

Surjan lal Dhawan (supra).

3. The stay application also stands dismissed accordingly.
