Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the

controversy raised in the present revision petition is no more res

integra in view of the judgment of this Court delivered in the case

of Assistant Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Anti Evasion Vs.

Rajasthan Textile Mills (SB Sales Tax Revision No.192/2011),

decided on 3.2.2014.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not in a

position to dispute the aforesaid facts.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is also

dismissed in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
