1. Mr. Tarun Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the R.P.S.C. at

the outset submits that nothing survives in the present writ

petition in view of the decision which has been taken by the

R.P.S.C. after Hon'ble the Supreme Court judgment rendered in

[2023:RJ-JD:35195] (2 of 2) [CW-16182/2018]

the case of Richal & Ors. Vs. Rajasthan Public Service

Commission & Ors.; (2018) 8 SCC 81.

2. Mr. Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners is not in

a position to refute the aforesaid position of facts.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petitions are

dismissed.

4. Stay applications stand disposed of.
