1. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has raised

a grievance that the respondent State Government is not insisting

upon requirement of Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS)

certificate.

2. A reply to the writ petition has been filed by the respondent -

State, in which the State has placed the amended advertisement

dated 16.09.2019, in which a condition in light of the Division

[2023:RJ-JD:34103] (2 of 2) [CW-12793/2019]

Bench judgment dated 17.01.2017, rendered in the case of Rajvir

Vs. Union of India has been included requiring CITS certificate.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as

having rendered infructuous.

4. The respondent shall obviously consider candidature of all

concerned in light of the amended advertisement.

5. Stay petition also stands dismissed accordingly.
