The instant criminal miscellaneous application has been

preferred by the learned counsel for the applicant - appellant

seeking correction in the judgment dated 9.10.2023 passed in

S.B.Cr. Appeal (SB) No.1829/2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to

inadvertence, in the cause title of the Cr.Appeal (SB), the father's

name of the accused appellant has been wrongly mentioned as

Gopal Singh Negi instead of Bhopal Singh Negi. Learned

counsel submitted that this Court has granted to the appellant

vide judgment dated 9.10.2023 but due to mentioning of wrong

name of appellant's father in cause title of appeal, the same has

been mentioned in the cause title as well as operative portion of

the judgment dated 9.10.2023 which may be rectified.

The prayer thus made is reasonable and justified.

Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous application is

allowed. It is directed that in the judgment dated 9.10.2023,

passed in S.B.Cr. Appeal (SB) No. 1829/2023, the name of the

appellant's father be read as 'Bhopal Singh Negi' instead of

'Gopal Singh Negi'.
