1. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.796/2016 "Anil Bishnoi Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors." decided on 05.10.2017.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the judgment dated

05.10.2017 rendered in the case of Anil Bishnoi (supra), the

present writ petition is also dismissed.

3. Stay application as well as other pending applications, if any,

shall stand disposed of.
