Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 4 has submitted

a copy of the letter dated 23.10.2023 issued by the Maj. (OIC)

Legal Cell for perusal of this Court.

Referring to the aforesaid letter, learned counsel for the

respondents No.2 to 4 submits that in compliance of direction of

[2023:RJ-JP:32081] (2 of 2) [CCP-156/2012]

this Court dated 11.04.2005, the family pension payable to the

petitioner has been revised. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of

the contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the

aforesaid statement.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed.
