Admittedly, the impugned order is revisable.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed
that the present petition be disposed of with liberty
to the petitioner to avail remedy of revision.
As prayed, the present petition is disposed of
with liberty aforesaid.
Registry is directed to return certified copies of
the documents annexed with the present petition
upon furnishing true photostat copies thereof by the
learned counsel for the petitioner to enable the
petitioner to avail remedy of revision.

It is further ordered that in case revision
petition is filed within two weeks from today, the
same shall be deemed to be within period of
limitation and the revisional Court below is directed
to decide the revision petition after hearing all
