1. Counsel for the petitioners instead of arguing the matter on

merits, made a limited prayer that the trial Court may be directed

to conclude the suit proceedings pending before it at the earliest.

2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that suit was filed in the

year 2005 and proceedings of the suit has not been concluded so

far.

3. Taking into consideration the period of pendency of the suit,

this Court in the exercise of supervisory powers, directs the Court

of Assistant District Magistrate (Fast Track) and Executive

Magistrate, Chomu, District Jaipur to decide the Suit

No.156/141/2005/2011 pending before it, expeditiously.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stand disposed of.

5. Since the main petition has been disposed of, the stay

application and all other pending applications also stand disposed.
