Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the

present writ petition with liberty to raise all the objections before

the Appellate Court which have been raised in the present writ

petition.

Permission as sought for is allowed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and if any objection is raised

before the Appellate Court, same be considered strictly in

accordance with law.

Since the main petition has been dismissed as withdrawn,

all other pending application/s, if any, also stands dismissed.
