This civil second appeal, which is preferred against the

judgment and decree dated 07.10.2014 passed by the learned

Additional District Judge No.19, Jaipur Metropolitan (Sanganer) in

Civil Regular Appeal No.12/13, is being disposed of in following

terms as agreed and requested by the learned counsels for the

respective parties:-

1. The judgment and decree dated

07.10.2014 is modified to the extent that the

respondent/plaintiff would be entitled for

grant of first selection scale w.e.f. 19.06.1999

and not from 19.06.1996.

2. Rest of the decree is maintained.
