Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this

contempt petition with liberty to assail the decision taken by the

committee in its meeting dated 20.02.2020 rejecting his

representation, a copy of which has been supplied to him today by

the respondents along with memo of their reply to the contempt

petition, by way of an appropriate remedy available under the law.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the

aforesaid prayer.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

Notices are discharged.
