Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment rendered in a bunch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.11242/2023 "Bhansali Dyeing Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors." and other connected matters decided on

09.04.2023.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the

parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the

judgment rendered in the case of Bhansali Dyeing (supra).

Stay application as well as other pending applications, if any,

shall stand disposed of accordingly.
