1. This appeal is directed against the order dated 26.4.2023

passed by learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.13015/2021 along with several other writ petitions.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant at the outset made

submissions that another Special Appeal being Jai Narain Vyas

University, Jodhpur, v. Rajendra Kumar: D.B. Special Appeal Writ

No.640/2023, arising out of the same impugned judgment in

another petition, came to be dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of

this Court on 2.11.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant attempted to make

submissions in the present appeal.

4. Having gone through the order passed by the learned Single

Judge as well as Division Bench dismissing the appeal filed by the

appellants, we are firmly of the opinion that no different view can

be taken by this Court based on the same material

and submissions as was available before the Coordinate Bench, as

the appeal arising out of the same impugned judgment stands

dismissed by the Coordinate Bench by a reasoned order.

5. In view of the above fact situation, following the order in the

case of Rajendra Kumar (supra), the present appeal is also

dismissed.
