quashing the FIR No.191/2019 registered at Police Station

Buhana, District Jhunjhunu.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after investigation,

conclusion of the investigation has already been submitted in the

jurisdictional Court on 02.01.2022.

None for the petitioner even in the second round.

In view thereof, this criminal miscellaneous petition is

dismissed for non-prosecution.
