1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that in the order impugned, though the contentions as raised by the appellant have been noticed and the response by the respondents indicating that the issue raised was covered by judgment in Paras Ram & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.655/2021, decided on 17.10.2022, without dealing with any of the contentions raised and noticing that the controversy was covered by judgment in the case of Paras Ram (supra), even the relief as granted in the case of Paras Ram (supra), has not been accorded to the petitioners.
2. In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also.
3. As Mr. Ankur Mathur appears for respondent no.4 and it is submitted that respondents No.7 and 8 are proforma respondents, issue notice to respondents no. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 only.
4. Notices when issued be given 'dasti' to learned counsel for the appellant for service on the respondents.
5. List the petition on 6.7.2023.
