judgment of this Court rendered in S.B Civil Writ Petition

No.16693/2022 (Lokesh Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors.) decided on 18.04.2023.

For the reasons mentioned in the case of Lokesh

Meena(supra), the present writ petition is dismissed.
