The matter comes up on an application for dispensing with

the certified copy of judgment dated 27.3.2017 which has already

been submitted in connected file.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed.

Defect No.2 is overruled.

Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file PF and

notices of application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act as well

as of misc. appeal for unserved respondent in two sets within

three weeks.

Upon filing the notices, the same be issued. One set of notice

be sent by registered post and another set of notice be sent by

ordinary post, returnable within four weeks.

List this matter along with CMA No. 3002/17.
