1. An application (I/A No.01/23) has been preferred on behalf

of counsel for the petitioner with a prayer for extension of interim

order dated 10.02.2012.

2. A perusal of the interim order dated 10.02.2012 makes it

clear that the same was absolute.

3. However, in view of the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment passed

in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation; 2018 (16) SCC 299. The interim

order dated 10.02.2012 is extended for a further period of six

months or till the disposal of the suit whichever is earlier.

4. The application for extension of interim order is disposed of.

5. List the matter in the category of 'final disposal', as prayed.
