In S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 16840/2019 S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 16926/2019 S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 17059/2019

1. Applications have been preferred on behalf of the petitioner

with a prayer for extension of interim order dated 15.11.2019.

2. A perusal of the interim order dated 15.11.2019 makes it

clear that the same is not absolute and requires extension from

time to time.

3. However, in view of the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment passed

in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation; 2018 (16) SCC 299 the interim order

dated 15.11.2019 is extended for a further period of six months or

till the disposal of the petitions whichever is earlier.

4. The applications Nos.(IA No.01/23) and (IA No.01/2021)

stand disposed of accordingly.

1. An application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner

with a prayer for extension of interim order dated 07.11.2019.

2. A perusal of the interim order dated 07.11.2019 makes it

clear that the same is not absolute and requires extension from

time to time.

3. However, in view of the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment passed

in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation; 2018 (16) SCC 299 the interim order

dated 07.11.2019 is extended for a further period of six months or

till the disposal of the petitions whichever is earlier.

4. The applications No.(IA No.01/2021) stands disposed of
