Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the writ

petition of the petitioner-appellant (SBCWP No.17616/2022) came

to be dismissed by the learned Single Judge of this Court vide

order dated 1.12.2022 in bunch of writ petitions led by SBCWP

No.17602/2022 (Prakash Chandra Vs. State & Ors.).

It is submitted that one of the petitioners namely Prakash

Chandra has filed DB Special Appeal Writ No.1066/2022 being

aggrieved with the impugned order dated 1.12.2022 passed by

the learned Single Judge of this Court. The Division Bench has

dismissed the aforesaid Special Appeal vide judgment dated

19.01.2023.

In view of the above, the instant Special Appeal is also

dismissed.
