controversy involved in the present cases is squarely covered by a
judgment of this Court rendered in a bunch of writ petitions led by
S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.3629/2018 "Jai Prakash Vs. State
of Rajasthan & Ors." and other connected matters decided on
22.03.2022.

For the self same reasons, the present writ petition is
disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case
of Jai Prakash (supra).
