Inviting attention of this Court towards order dated

08.01.2019 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad,

Alwar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that

representation filed by the petitioner has been decided in the light

of direction of this Court in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.750/2017;

Mukesh Kumar Tailor Vs. State and contempt petition does not

survive.

None for the petitioner even in second round.

Heard. Considered.

This Court vide order dated 15.05.2018, contempt whereof is

alleged, directed the respondents to decide the representation

filed by the petitioner in the light of the judgment of this Court in

Mukesh Kumar Tailor (supra).

A perusal of the order dated 08.01.2019 (Annexure-R/1)

reveals that the representation filed by the petitioner has been

decided in the light of the direction given in Mukesh Kumar Tailor

(surpa).

In view thereof, the contempt petition does not survive and

is accordingly dismissed.
