The instant writ petition was filed in the year 2020 and the

petitioner has not cured the defect/s pointed out by the Registry.

On 31.07.2020 when the case was listed before the Registrar

(Administration), the petitioner was granted two weeks' time as a

last opportunity to remove the defect/s pointed out by the

Registry. But till date, the petitioner has failed to cure the defect/s

pointed out by the Registry.

In the interest of justice, further two weeks' time is granted

to the petitioner to remove the defect/s pointed out by the

Registry, as a last opportunity, failing which the present writ

petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the

Court.
