10/03/2023 The matter was listed on 24.02.2023. On that date the

petitioner was present in person to argue the matter but Mr.

Sandeep Sharma, Dy. Government Counsel sought time to

prepare the case.

Considering the request of Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Dy.

Govt. Counsel, the matter was adjourned for today.

Today the petitioner is again present in person to argue

the matter but again a request on behalf of Dy. Government

Counsel has been made by Mr. Arpit Jain for adjournment of the

case.

This practice of seeking adjournment time and again by

the Government Counsel appearing for the respondents is

unacceptable.

List the matter on 16.3.2023. On the aforesaid date,

the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Kota, shall remain personally

present before this Court with complete record of the case.
