The matter comes up on an application (IA No.1/2023) filed

by the Respondent No.1 Sitaram Kumawat for taking additional

documents on record.

Respondent no.1-Sitaram Kumawat who is present in person

before the Court submits that for the land in question in the

present writ petition, a civil suit is pending between the parties

before the Additional Civil Judge No.18, Jaipur Metropolitan-I,

Headquarter, Sanganer which has been decided vide judgment

dated 25.08.2021 and has submitted this application for taking

the said judgment on record.

Considering the submission of the respondent No.1-Sitaram

Kumawat and the reasons mentioned in the application(IA

No.1/2023), the same is allowed. The additional documents filed

alongwith the application are taken on record.
