No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

This writ petition was filed in the year 2019. The Registry has

pointed out certain defects which have not been cured by the

petitioner even after passing of more than three years. On

08.05.2019, when the case was listed before the Registrar

(Administration), the last opportunity of two weeks' time was

granted to the petitioner to remove the defect. The petitioner has

failed to remove the defect till date.

In the interest of justice, two weeks' further time as a last

opportunity is granted to the petitioner to remove the defect

pointed out by the Registry, failing which the present writ petition

shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
