Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted a copy of

the order dated 14.11.2022 passed by the Director (Non-

Gazetted), Medical and Health Services for perusal of this Court.

The order is taken on record.

Inviting attention of this Court towards the order dated

14.11.2022, learned counsel for the respondents submits that

compliance of the order dated 07.05.2022, contempt whereof is

alleged, has been made.

None for the petitioners to rebut the aforesaid statement.

Taking into consideration the contention advanced by the

learned counsel for the respondents and the order dated

14.11.2022, this Court is satisfied that substantial compliance of

the order dated 07.05.2022 has been made.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed.

Notices are discharged.
