Perused the material available on record.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances as

available on record, there appears to be reasonable and valid

grounds for granting leave to the applicant appellant for filing

appeal against the impugned Judgment of acquittal dated

21.10.2022 passed by learned Special Judicial Magistrate (NI Act

Cases) No.2, Udaipur in CIS No.15738/2015.

Thus, the leave to appeal application is accepted and

the same shall be registered as an appeal.
