Application (I/A No.01/22) has been preferred on behalf of

counsel for the petitioners with a prayer for extension of interim

order dated 20.11.2017.

A perusal of the interim order dated 20.11.2017 makes it

clear that the same was not absolute and requires extension from

time to time.

However, in view of the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment passed

in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation; 2018 (16) SCC 299. The interim

order dated 20.11.2017 is extended for a further period of six

months or till the disposal of the suit whichever is earlier.

The application for extension of interim order is disposed of.
