Suresh Das Vaishnav S/o Sh. Nanda Das, aged about 44 years, Advocate, Resident of Billiya Kalla, Post Kharabad, Tehsil Hamirgarh, District Bhilwara (Rajasthan).

1. The State of Rajasthan, Revenue Department, Govt. of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

2. The District Collector, Bhilwara.

3. The Sub Divisional Officer, Bhilwara (Raj.).

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking

following relief(s):

"1. The Sub Divisional Officer, Bhilwara may kindly be directed to hear the petitioner while deciding the applications/cases filed by him before her and the presence of the petitioner advocate may be marked in all cases.

2. The Sub Divisional Officer, Bhilwara may kindly be directed to give reasoning in all the cases filed by the petitioner and the same may be decided after considering the pleadings and arguments of the petitioner in writing in the judgments/orders.

3. Any other appropriate relief which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner."

A perusal of the above would indicate that what the

petitioner is seeking from this Court is to direct the S.D.O.,

Bhilwara to act in accordance with law.

No such directions need be issued to any authority, who is

required to act in accordance with law. In case, the petitioner is

aggrieved of any of the said actions, the petitioner has to question

the validity of the said action of the authority. The passing of the

directions, as sought by the petitioner, are not contemplated.

In view of above, the petition has no substance, the same is

therefore, dismissed.
