Heard.

Issue notice to respondents of applications for

condonation of delay in filing of these appeals on payment of P.F.

by tomorrow, returnable within two weeks.

Issuance of notice of application is waived in D.B.

Special Appeal (Writ) No. 1167/2022 as Mr. Anoop Pareek, learned

counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent.

Copy of memo of appeal along with stay application and

application for condonation of delay be supplied to Mr. Anoop

Considering that the issue raised in these appeals is

squarely covered by Division Bench Judgment of this Court dated

09.11.2022 passed in the case of State of Rajasthan & Another Vs.

Bharat Yadav & Another (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.

1129/2022), the impugned order in relation to the respondents in

these appeals shall remain in abeyance.
