The appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated
20.07.2021, whereby the petitioner-appellant's writ petition was
dismissed on the ground that the selection process is over.
The submission is that the petitioner has promptly filed the
writ petition seeking the desired relief in the year 2018 and
merely for the reason that the writ petition was decided after
three years, petitioner-appellant cannot be penalized for the same
and denied the requisite relief.
Issue notice to the respondents by registered post,
returnable within six weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner-appellant is directed to
serve a copy of this appeal in the Office of Advocate General, who
may ensure that on the next date all the three respondents are
duly represented.
