HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order

24/01/2023 Petitioner-employee, by way of instant writ petition

challenged the judgment and award dated 30.11.022 passed by

the Industrial Dispute and Labour Court, Alwar, whereby and

whereunder termination order of petitioner dated 01.06.1999 has

been held illegal and invalid, however, instead of reinstatement,

only compensation to the tune of Rs. 2,50,000/- has been

awarded to petitioner.

Counsel for petitioner states that in facts and circumstances

of the present case, petitioner is entitled for reinstatement or in

alternative for enhanced compensation.

Admit.

Issue notice.

Labour court after execution of the impugned award, may

send the record to this Court.
