Matter comes up on an application (I.A. No.01/2022) seeking

exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned

judgment/order dated 18.12.1996 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme

Court in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.592/1987 and judgment/order

dated 02.07.2014 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Criminal

Appeal No.1277/2014.

Application is allowed for the reasons mentioned therein and

the petitioner is exempted from the requirement of filing certified

copy of the impugned judgment/order. Thus, the defect pointed

out by the Registry is overruled.

Issue notice to the respondents.

List after four weeks.
