Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the Court's

attention to the interim order dated 06.01.2023 passed by

Division Bench of this Court in an identical controversy and urges

that appointment of administrator by resorting to provisions

contained in Sections 30, 30C and 32 of the Rajasthan Co-

operative Societies Act, 2001 which were struck down by this

Court vide judgment dated 06.01.2023 is absolutely illegal and

tantamounts to contempt of this Court's judgment.

Shri Sudhir Tak, learned Additional Advocate General

representing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 prays for time to complete

his instructions and file reply.

It is hereby directed that, effect and the operation of the

circular dated 02.12.2022 and the consequential order dated

(2 of 2) [CW-230/2023]

26.12.2022 the validity whereof is challenged in all these writ

petitions, shall remain stayed.

Renotify after four weeks alongwith DBCWP Nos.644/2023 &

992/2023.
