Order

The present criminal revision petition under Section 397 read

with 401 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner against the

judgment dated 09.03.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions

Judge, Ladnu, District Nagaur in Criminal Case No.06/2022

pertaining to FIR No.312/2021 Police Station Ladnu, District

Nagaur whereby the learned trial Court rejected the application

filed by the petitioner under Section 451 Cr.P.C. requesting to

handover Rs.6,95,500/-recovered from accused to the petitioner

on "supurdginama".

The present revision petition came up for consideration

before this Court on 05.08.2022 and this Court ordered that for

the reasons mentioned in the petition, the amount be released to

(2 of 2) [CRLR-299/2022]

present petitioner on "supurdginama" subject to final outcome of

the proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that amount in

question has been handed-over to the petitioner on

"supurdginama".

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 is

not in a position to dispute the above-mentioned fact.

In view of the above, since the amount in question has

already been released to the petitioner on "supurdginama" subject

to final outcome of the proceedings, nothing survives in the

present revision petition.

Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of.
