This petition has been filed jointly by 21 petitioners, inter alia
seeking writ of mandamus to the respondents to regularize their
services, in light of the judgment of Hon'ble Gauhati High Court
rendered in Civil Rule No. 202/1998 decided on 08.09.2000.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is deemed
expedient and hence, ordered that the petitioners shall file a
representation before the respondent No. 2, who shall decide the
same in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a
period of three months from today keeping in view the judgment
of Hon'ble Gauhati High Court rendered above.
The writ petition so also stay application stands disposed of.
