HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 17/01/2023 State has filed the instant writ petition challenging the order

dated 19.04.2022 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate

Tribunal.

It has been stated the respondent employee was regularized

in service w.e.f. 04.12.1990, but in the impugned order, this date

has wrongly been indicated as 17.07.1987 and further it has been

stated that the order has been passed without considering the

judgment of Division Bench dated 07.07.2017 Passed in DB

Special Appeal Writ No.589/2015 titled State of Rajashtan Vs.

Chandra Ram with other connected matters.

Issue notice.

In the meanwhile, operation of order dated 19.04.2022 shall

remain stayed.
