     Vide its judgment and order dated 15.01.2019, the petitioner

was convicted under Section 3/25 of Arms Act for simple

imprisonment of two years' and a fine of Rs.1000/-.

     Learned appellate court vide its judgment and order dated

30.07.2022 upheld the order of trial court, however, on count of

punishment being awarded, gave benefit of Section 4 of Probation

of Offenders Act, 1958 to accused-petitioner and directed him to

furnish a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with solvent surety of

equal amount within a period of 30 days from the date of

judgment   and      further    directed       to    maintain         peace      &   good

behaviour and not to indulge in any similar kind of acts in future.

     Counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time for

furnishing bail bonds and for recalling the arrest warrant issued.

     The time granted for furnishing bail-bonds is extended till

15.02.2023.

                                         If petitioner fails to appear before the trial court and furnish

                                   bail-bonds within the stipulated time, then order arrest warrant

                                   shall stand revived.
