The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers:-

" It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this petition may kindly be allowed by quashing the order dated 16.06.2018 (Annex.2) qua the petitioner and the petitioner may be allowed to continue in Panchayati Raj Department until she posted by the authorities of Panchayati Raj Department by exercising powers under Panchayati Raj Act."

This Court after hearing learned counsel for the parties had

passed the interim order on 18.07.2018 whereby it was directed

the petitioner has not been relieved so far, he shall not be relieved

till the next date. Since in the present case, the transfer/ posting

of the petitioner is involved and the petitioner has remained on

the similar place, in view of the interim order passed by this Court

(2 of 2) [CW-10198/2018]

and a period of almost four and a half years have passed,

therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms that the

absorption/transfer order dated 16.06.2018 (Annex.-2) qua the

petitioner is quashed and the respondents will be free to pass a

fresh transfer order in accordance with law considering the

administrative exigencies.
