Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply

copy of the criminal writ petition to Mr. Anil Joshi, GA-cum-

AAG during the course of the day.

Mr. Joshi, learned AAG is directed to verify about the

date of operation of the petitioner's mother from the

Government District Hospital, Sri Ganganagar and thereafter

furnish the factual report on 11.1.2023.

In the meantime, the emergent parole granted to the

petitioner by the District Collector, Hanumangarh is extended

up to 11.1.2023.
