appeals led by D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.632/2020 (The

Director, Secondary Education vs. Narendra Kumar

Boolchandani & Ors.) involving identical controversy has been

disposed of by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment

dated 04.02.2022.

Thus, without recording separate reasons, the instant intra

court appeal is also disposed of in light of the judgment dated

04.02.2022 passed in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.632/2020.
