09/01/2023 The instant intra Court appeal is preferred against the order dated 25.10.2021 passed by learned Single Bench whereby, writ petition filed by the petitioner in relation to the recruitment process held for the post of Teacher Grade-III, 2006 was dismissed. The appeal was filed on 19.02.2022. Till date, counsel representing the appellant has not even presented copy of the impugned judgment. No steps have been taken to remove numerous defects pointed out by the Office despite repeated notings of the Registrar (Judicial). It is therefore clear that the appellant is not interested to continue with the appeal. Hence, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
