1. Heard.

2. From perusal of the record, it is revealed that the applicant

herein has completed his seven years sentence and is being

detained for last five years in the detention center. Applicant is the

citizen of Bangladesh. A request has been received from

Bangladesh High Commission for sending him back to Bangladesh

but no action has been taken in this regard by the State.

3. This Court, therefore, deems it proper to direct the Home

Secretary, State of Rajasthan to take proper decision within a

period of two weeks, failing which he shall appear before the Court

on 20.01.2023.

4. List this matter on 20.01.2023.
