petition preferred by the petitioner.

Identical appeals bearing D.B. Civil Special Appeal

(Writ) Nos.105/2022 (Dr. A.S. Jhala & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan

& Ors.) and 109/2022 (Krishna Dayma Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors.) arising from the very same order of the learned Single

[2023/RJJD/002987] (2 of 2) [SAW-225/2022]

Bench have been dismissed by this court vide judgment dated

18.08.2022.

Thus, without recording separate reasons, the instant

appeal is also rejected in light of the judgment referred to supra.
