Learned Additional Advocate General, at the outset, submits
that all the demand notices/orders impugned and under challenge
in this writ petition may be treated as show cause notice to the
petitioner. He submits that the petitioner may file his
response/reply/representation against the notice/order within a
period of four weeks from today whereupon, the respondents shall
proceed in accordance with law. Learned AAG further submits that
all consequential proceedings including attachment orders in
pursuance of the demand notices/orders in the instant writ
petition shall stand withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the
aforesaid submission and prays that the instant writ petition
maybe disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of
submission made by learned AAG.
The pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
