The matter comes up on an application, filed on behalf of the

petitioners, to decide the present writ petition in view of the

judgment passed by the Principle Seat at Jodhpur in the case of

Rehana Kousher Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SB Civil Writ

Petition No.5764/2019) decided on 29th July, 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the

petitioners have not been appointed on the post of Patwari in spite

of possessing qualification of Course on Computer Concept (CCC)

and the same has been treated as equivalent to RSCIT.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he needs

to seek instructions in the present matter, as the post in question

is of Patwari and further, the issue of cut-off date of obtaining the

qualification by the petitioners is also required to be looked into.

Learned counsel for the respondents may seek necessary

instructions.

Let this case be listed on 20th February, 2023, at this stage.
