24/02/2023 On 15.02.2023 it was submitted by the counsel for

the petitioner that Mr. Umesh Vyas, Advocate has filed power

on behalf of unserved respondents.

On perusal of the Vakalatnama filed by Mr. Umesh

Vyas, Advocate, it is found that the same has been filed for

respondent No.3.

The petitioner is directed to submit process fee and

registry charges as directed by this Court on 8.7.2020 within

a period of two weeks.

On submission of process fee and registry charges,

the office may issue notice to the respondents.

List the matter after three periods. Till then the
