The present contempt petition has been filed for willful
disobedience of the judgment and order dated 28.02.2020 passed
by the Division Bench in D.B. PIL Petition No.1670/2020.
This Court finds that the Division Bench while passing
the order dated 28.02.2020, after considering the request of the
counsel for the petitioner, disposed of the said D.B. PIL Petition
No.1670/2020, by permitting the petitioner to approach the
Collector, Ajmer by filing a detailed representation and the
petitioner's grievances were to be examined by the respondent
[2023/RJJP/003282] (2 of 3) [CCP-893/2020]
No.2 therein and needful was to be done within a period of three
months from the date of filing of the representation.
Reply to the contempt petition has been filed by the
respondents. The respondents have placed on record an order
dated 18.02.2021, whereby the representation filed by the
petitioner has been decided.
The respondents have pleaded in their reply that the
land situated in Khasra No.530/112 has already been recorded in
the revenue record in the name of erstwhile UIT now Ajmer
Development Authority and the requisite permissions have already
been granted by the said Authority for making the construction.
The said order also gives liberty to the School concerned to make
an application before the Authorities for allotment of play-ground,
if same is required by the School concerned.
Learned AAG Mr.Anil Mehta submitted that due
compliance of the order passed by this Court has already been
made.
This Court finds that the direction given by this Court to
decide the representation of the petitioner, and to look into his
grievance, has already been redressed by passing an order dated
18.02.2021.
This Court further finds that the District Collector,
Ajmer has also observed that in case of necessity of any play-
ground for the School concerned, the same can always be
considered by the Competent Authority for allotment of suitable
land for the said purpose.
This Court finds that substantial compliance of order
passed by the Division Bench dated 28.02.2020, has already been

made by passing an order dated 18.02.2021 and as such, the
present contempt petition stands dismissed. Notices are
discharged.
